Comparisons and shared links
Size comparisons calculate in your browser. Your current object selections and miniature-model inputs are held in the open page. Copying a comparison creates a URL containing the object IDs and view; anyone receiving that link can see those selections. Shared URLs can appear in browser history, hosting logs, and analytics page information when analytics is enabled. There are no accounts or advertising scripts in this version.
Google Analytics
Size in Space uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and improve the website. When enabled, Google Analytics receives browsing and device information and may set analytics cookies. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization in the tag configuration. See Google’s explanation of data from partner websites.
Your analytics choice
In the EEA and UK, Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose Accept. We use the hosting provider’s same-origin country lookup to select this behavior; if the country cannot be determined, we also wait for your choice. Outside those regions, analytics may load automatically unless you have previously rejected it.
Use Privacy choices, available on every page, to accept or reject analytics at any time. Your preference is stored in your browser’s local storage under sizeinspace.analytics-consent. Rejection disables measurement on the current page and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not delete information already sent to Google. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
Website delivery and external links
Loading the website sends normal connection information, including your IP address and requested URL, to the hosting provider. Source links lead to other websites with their own data practices. This page describes the current implementation and should be updated when integrations change.
